The already well integrated tannins endow the mouth with a silky, expansive and powerful structure which acquires aromas of spices, leather, and vanilla touches. A gracious wine, easy to drink from now on, yet it could be cellared for another one or two years. It will make a very good match with cold meats, grilled meats, red meat, game. White meats, poultry and cheeses.
