Deep and intense red colour, with purple rim. Dominated by ripe red fruit aromas still hanging in the plant. In a subtler way they are complemented by apricot and medlar, as well as mango and vegetable garden. Clear-cut acidity in mouth, freshness and a remarkable texture. Driven by the red fruit it comes hand in hand with certain herbal notes and dry apricot. It leaves a final touch of licorice and a complex persistence.
