Intense black cherry red colour. It offers a candied strawberry and very ripe plum, with nuances of lemon verbena, thyme, green asparagus,and a capricious touch of date and slightly moistened slate. Elegant in the mouth with firm texture, fair acidity and a well integrated tanicity. A subtile mineral background sustains the candied fruit and conveys touches of infusioned herbs and flowers, raw hazelnut and grape syrup. Ends up in a relative austerity, but always elegant.
